Daithona is built and run by a small team. Messages get read by a person, not a queue.
The fastest way is through profile chat: create your profile, open Profiles, and message the founder asking for a robot linking code. HONA walks you through the whole process from the My robot panel.
If a robot behaved badly, an operator misused a session, or something broke mid task, tell us with the session code and roughly when it happened. That code lets us find the record.
If you find a way to control a robot you should not have access to, or to read data that is not yours, please report it privately before publishing it. Reports like that are welcome and taken seriously.
