Daithona is a platform for remote robot operation. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Daithona connects two sides: providers, who lend physical robots and stream a live view of them, and operators, who drive those robots remotely from a browser. Daithona provides the software that connects them. It does not own, insure or supervise the robots.
Operating a machine remotely can cause real damage to property, to the machine itself, and to people or animals nearby. Video has delay. Commands have delay. Connections drop. Anyone using this service accepts that risk knowingly.
You need a Google account to sign in. One person, one profile. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Do not use Daithona to break the law, to harass anyone, to gain access to devices you have not been granted, or to disguise the movement of money through work that is not really performed. Projects and accounts that appear to do this can be suspended without notice.
Points, reputation and leaderboard positions are internal to the platform. They have no monetary value, are not currency, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset if they were obtained through error, abuse or fake tasks.
Daithona is under active development and is offered as is. Sessions may fail, features may change or disappear, and the service may be interrupted without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daithona is not liable for damage to robots, property or persons, for loss of data, for interruptions, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
Robot control currently depends on the Tuya cloud, and the platform runs on Google Firebase and Cloudflare. Their own terms apply to their services, and their availability is outside our control.
These terms will change as the platform grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. Questions go to the contact page.
